P1 Spec offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally. The price you see on the product page is the final price for shipping.
Because our performance components are often engineered to order, total delivery time includes order processing, manufacturing, and international transit.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday. Pre-orders or custom builds may have specific lead times listed on their respective product pages.
We utilize two shipping models. Important: Unless a product page explicitly states "DDP" or "Duties Included," the item will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Most items ship DDU. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all local VAT, GST, and customs duties. These fees are collected by the carrier (UPS/FedEx/DHL) at the time of delivery.
If a product is explicitly marked as DDP on its description page, P1 Spec handles all import formalities and pre-pays all duties and taxes. No additional fees will be due upon delivery.
If a DDU package is returned due to a refusal to pay local customs fees, the cost of return shipping and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Window: We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of delivery.
No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive the correct part as quickly as possible, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, in their original packaging with all hardware and instructions included. Items showing tool marks, grease, or signs of attempted installation will be rejected.
Restocking Fees: Standard Returns: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
Special Orders: Items marked as "Special Order" or "Custom" are subject to a 25% restocking fee or may be non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:
Request Authorization: Email info@p1spec.com with your Order Number, the reason for the return, and attach any relevant information such as pictures of damage, etc.
Receive your RMA: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package: * Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging.
Place that box inside a separate shipping box (do not ship the item in the manufacturer's box alone, as labels/tape damage the packaging and affect eligibility).
Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item: Ship the package via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds (minus shipping and restocking fees) are issued to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@p1spec.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. For confirmed shipping damage or warehouse errors, P1 Spec will provide a return label and waive all restocking fees.
