Payments & Billing

When will my card be charged? We use a two-step payment process. When you order, a payment authorization is placed to secure the funds. We only capture the actual payment (collect the money) after our team has processed your order and confirmed fulfillment status. What payment methods do you accept? For your security, we process all payments exclusively through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance or any major credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. FREE SHIPPING is provided on all orders worldwide. What are the estimated delivery times? • P1 Spec Catbacks: 33–44 Business Days

• Red Attack Parts: 15–18 Business Days
• USA Stocked Parts: 7–14 Business Days

Customs & Duties

Will I be charged import duties? Unless noted as DDP, items ship DDU (Duties Unpaid). Local customs fees and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Can I exchange my part? We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your uninstalled item for a refund and place a new order for the desired part. Is there a restocking fee? Yes, a 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns to cover inspection and repackaging.
