Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of delivery.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive the correct part as quickly as possible, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, in their original packaging with all hardware and instructions included. Items showing tool marks, grease, or signs of attempted installation will be rejected.

  • Restocking Fees & Eligibility:

    • Standard Returns: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection and international logistics.

    • Special Orders: Items classified as Special Orders (distributor-sourced) are eligible for return subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    • Made-to-Order Items: Products specifically manufactured or customized for your vehicle are Final Sale and non-returnable once you have confirmed your intent via our pre-payment verification email and production has commenced.

  • The Verification Process For all Special Orders and Made-to-Order items, we perform a two-step verification:

    1. Authorization: We authorize your payment at checkout to secure funds.

    2. Verification & Capture: We will contact you via email to confirm the lead time and return eligibility. Payment is only captured (collected) once you have explicitly confirmed your intent to proceed.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email info@p1spec.com with your Order Number, the reason for the return, and attach any relevant information such as pictures of damage, etc.

  2. Receive your RMA: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Prepare the Package: * Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging.

    • Place that box inside a separate shipping box (do not ship the item in the manufacturer's box alone, as labels/tape damage the packaging and affect eligibility).

    • Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We recommend insuring the package for its full value.

  5. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds (minus shipping and restocking fees) are issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@p1spec.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. For confirmed shipping damage or warehouse errors, P1Spec will provide a return label and waive all restocking fees.
