Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 4 business days. Following processing, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been processed.
International Shipping 🌍
P1Spec provides international shipping to many countries.
Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and Value Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. P1Spec is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees 📦
Please note that P1Spec does not collect or charge any taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import fees at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by their respective countries upon delivery or collection of the package.
If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, the return shipping cost, any additional handling fees, and the original shipping cost (even if the order qualified for a free shipping promotion) will be deducted from your refund once the package is received back at our facility.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to unpaid import fees, incorrect shipping details, or any other reason will be treated as return shipments under the same conditions above.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 💳
We accept returns for up to 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a refund of the order amount (excluding the original shipping cost, even if the order qualified for free shipping), returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility criteria stated above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved
